arkansas visit

Another fun weekend in Arkansas!

We arrived on Thursday and went to a pumpkin patch that afternoon 

before the colder weather moved in.

The kids fed some animals.

There was a HUGE sunflower maze to walk thru.

They had corn for the kids to play in.  This was their favorite part.

Always time for a hay ride on a John Deere! 

This boy keeps me laughing.

We went out to see the house my parents are building.  

The kids just wanted to play in the sand.

These two loved each other.

We had a GREAT time just

hanging with Bunny, Pappy and the cousins.

We just returned from a weekend trip to Arkansas.  

Had an amazing time as usual.

fall festival

Sunday we went to a neighborhood fall festival complete with friends, 

face painting, 

pumpkin painting, 

cookie decorating, 

and a family putting contest.

Hunter had just poured water on himself.  Love the reflection in the window of 

adults trying to make the kids smile.

On the way home we stopped at a neighbor's house to take a few pictures. 

We will be going back when my kids don't look like rag-a-muffins.

first pumpkin patch 2012

Ahhh....there he goes!  

Today we went to our first pumpkin patch of the season.   I love this time of year and it was so fun to let Hunter run around in the pumpkins.  He kept calling them balls and throwing them, but that is beside the point!

Needless to say, this year was a LOT more fun with him.  He loved the hay ride and feeding the animals.  He was obsessed with the horses, donkeys and turkeys.  Abby had a great time too running around with her friends.  Fun day and a great way to end the week.
