dance camp

Could dancing be Abby's new love? I hope so! Since we know that any kind of contact "sport" for little ones is not Abby's thing, I decided to enroll her in a dance class with some of her friends that live in our neighborhood. Today was just the first day, but she LOVED it. She was actually pretty good and listened very well to her teacher. I hope the rest of the week goes as well as today. If so, I want to enroll her in a class for the fall. The whole hour she kept looking at me saying, "I love this, Mom!" I think she is ready for tomorrow already.

So cute Mandy! Would you mind letting me know where you did the dance camp? I'm trying to find some type of dance class for Anna (something very laid back) but haven't had any luck. What works for Abby should work for Anna right?? :)

Ha ha! Yes, Ashley. It was great. It's Dianne Cole Johnson School of Dance....located right at Old Denton and Hebron (in the Albertson's parking lot). This week is a mom and me class even though the moms didn't do much. They have a class I would love to Abby to do in the fall that would be on her own. I would wait there for her (it's a 45 min. class). They said I could do a trial class to see if she would actually do it. I don't want to spend the money and her not do it if I am not in the room. Will see! She loved today!!!

THANKS!!! Yes, a trial class sounds good - instead of money wasted!
